The Arab Monetary Fund (AMF) is an Arab regional organization based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Its main objective is laying monetary foundations of Arab economic integration and accelerating the process of economic development in all Arab Countries. AMF is seeking to recruit an “Graphic Designer”.
the Fund aims to recruit talents for the position of "Graphic Designer". The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and updating digital and printed materials, including but not limited to brochures, websites, videos, presentations, electronic newsletters, invitations, and creating visually appealing designs that attract audiences and meet client needs. Responsibilities include designing logos, advertisements, printed materials, illustrations, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing innovative designs according to business requirements and specific standards that align with the Fund's objectives.
- Creating designs for print and digital content, including logos, brochures, advertising materials, social media posts, illustrations, and other marketing materials and content.
- Enhancing and modifying images and graphic design using various software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ensuring final designs align with the Fund's identity and meet quality standards.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborating with organizational units to understand their needs and requirements.
- Improving designs based on feedback and reactions.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in graphic design.
- Delivering presentations to organizational units and stakeholders that serve the interest of the Fund.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related fields.
- Minimum of two years of practical experience as a graphic designer.
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts through diagrams, illustrations, digital, and printed materials.
- Strong skills in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD, Sketch, CorelDRAW, Figma, and Canva. Experience in designing creative and interactive websites and digital media.
- Creative thinking ability and the capacity to develop new ideas.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Good understanding of design and printing principles.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
